Risks you will bear when investing in Vaults

Risk will always be at the lowest level with all forms of investment, however there will still be risks that will be difficult for Vault to cover.

Nature of the form of investment:

• LP: You always have to keep a certain amount of tokens and it is this amount of tokens that will bring you risk when the price drops fast.

• Swap: This form of investment depends on when you invest. If you invest in a vault during an uptrend, the APY will usually be high and the risk will be lower than downtrend. The risk here is the short-term instability of the crypto market.

We always try to limit risks for investors by only making Vault investments in tokens with large liquidity and reputation such as BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, …
